We believe that your feedback is invaluable. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new rewards program, which rewards you for sharing your thoughts!
Each month, clients who leave reviews about their services from the previous month will receive a free gift. Yes, you read that right! Your opinion can lead to complimentary experiences.
How Does It Work?
After each treatment, you’ll receive an email from Treatwell asking how your experience was. This quick survey takes less than 35 seconds to complete!
By sharing your thoughts, you not only help us improve but also contribute to our community of clients looking for the best services.

How Do I Leave a Review?
Leaving a review is simple and can be done in a few easy steps:
From the App:
- If you have notifications enabled on Treatwell App, you'll receive a push notification right after your appointment prompting you to leave a review.
- If you missed the notification, no worries! Just tap the button next to your appointment in the app to share your feedback.
From the E-mail:
- Don’t have the app yet? No problem! You’ll receive an email 1-3 days after your appointment asking you to rate your experience.
Please check with us to ensure that the email registered in our system is the best one for you, so you don’t miss any important notifications. Additionally, be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails may end up there. We want to keep you informed and connected!
What Should I Include in My Review?
When leaving a review, we ask you to rate few aspects of your visit, including:
- Your overall experience
- The environment
- Salon cleanliness
- Our team member’s performance
- The treatment itself
You'll also have the chance to leave a comment and provide an overall rating. This feedback is crucial, as it helps future customers make informed decisions and allows us to enhance our services.
If you prefer not to write anything in your review, that's perfectly fine! You can simply rate your experience using the star scores and skip the comment section. Feel free to write your comments in Portuguese if you feel more comfortable, as we have many Brazilian clients.

Please check your email for messages from Treatwell Review, "How was it? Review us on Treatwell," or "Rebeca Scattone Lashes & Beauty." You’ll find the email that allows you to easily leave your review.
Why Do I Need to Add My Name?
We value verified reviews because they build trust within our community. You’ll be asked to include your name, but if you prefer, feel free to use a nickname. Your honesty helps others choose the right place for their needs!
All you need to know about your Free Gift
Each month, we’ll announce the free gift at the beginning of the month. To claim your gift, you must have a booked appointment for that month. Just let us know one week in advance of your interest when we send the reminder message, so we can link the free gift to your appointment and manage our schedule effectively. Please note that the benefit does not carry over to the next month and is not cumulative.
What’s Included in Your Free Gift?
Each month, we select a special treatment or goodie designed to enhance your experience with us. This could include exclusive invitations to special events and launches of new services in our space.
Please note the following details regarding your free gift:
Non-Cumulative: Free gifts are not cumulative; you can only claim one per month.
No Substitutions: Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other treatments.
Claim and Pre-Booking Required: To claim your gift, you must notify us and pre-book your appointment a few days in advance.
Non-Transferable: Free gifts cannot be transferred to others.
Time-Sensitive: Gifts must be used in the month following your review. For example, reviews submitted by January 31st will guarantee a free gift to be redeemed between February 1st and February 28th.
Withing a Regular Booking: Your free gift must be included and linked in a regular booking within the current month
